Kinga Stanislawska

Kinga has over 20 years of experience in investments and finance. She is the founder of a leading CEE-based early-stage VC. She established the European Women in VC platform with the aim of increasing the number of female partners at venture funds across Europe from the current low single-digit percentage number it is today. She is active in supporting women-led companies as a mentor and investor.

Kinga sits on the board of private and public companies and is an independent Investment Committee member of the EIC Fund and a Board Member of the European Innovation Council.

Named one of the TOP 50 most influential women in the startup and venture capital space by EU Startups, Kinga’s ultimate goal is to make a positive contribution to society through her work with startups that have a meaningful impact on our planet.
